John Burris‘ unique combination of government experience and private-sector leadership allows him to see issues from both perspectives, and to create innovative approaches that serve the client’s interests in specific ways. John is the former Majority Leader of the Delaware House of Representatives and the former President of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.

Roger Roy‘s 30 years of service in the House of Representatives and his longstanding role as Co-Chair of the Capital Infrastructure Committee make him the go-to person for complicated legislative issues. Simply put, Roger sees solutions others just don’t see. Roger served as a state representative from 1976 until 2006.
